MIND YOUR DREAMS

With so many distractions we sometimes let go of our goals, with so many things to do in the day we sometimes forget to put on the list of tasks what we can do for our goals, how we can move towards our dreams. This makes us fall into the trap of procrastination: "I do it tomorrow...". This is why we must have a system of surveillance over our dreams.

As I mentioned in a previous post, we live in a world where it is increasingly difficult to maintain concentration and the amount of information we receive on a daily basis results in having difficulty keeping our mind looking towards our goals, dreams and goals.

"You create your own reality with

every thought."

Abraham Hicks

Your goal is the destination you aim to reach; in a month, in a year, in five or in ten, and for this reason our dreams will require a lot of discipline and dedication. It would be a great thing to be able to meet our goals in a day or less, but the truth is that the vast majority of our goals are big-very big - so they are going to require a lot of time and care, this involves giving them time to work and visualize.

A practical way to keep the attention on what we want, on that which we work daily and we want to see reality is to concentrate on one goal at a time, although possibly you do not only have one, it is to work daily one, go step by step. For this write down your goal and write next to it two or three actions that you can take on that day to bring you closer to it, have a plan of action. This exercise keeps the goal alive and active in your mind.

This of keeping your dreams and goals under daily surveillance can be taken as an option, however working daily to fulfill your dreams and goals not only keeps them alive and active, but brings you closer and closer to the feeling of realization that many people fail to achieve by postponing working for their dreams.
