Are You Missing The Key To Success?

Introduction

Are you currently struggling to reach your objectives? Do you have everything in life that you desire? Is it easy for you to reach your goals after every success? Are you calm and patient at all times? Or, are you frustrated, angry and disappointed at your lack of progress in life? If you are not living the life you wish to live then the solution lies in your mind!

Understanding the mind

Your mind has two parts, the conscious thinking logical part and the unconscious part. Your conscious mind is that part of your mind you are using right now to read and analyze these words. However, it is the subconscious part of your mind that is interpreting the symbols on the page and telling you what they represent. This part of your mind is more powerful than you can imagine and is capable of helping you in ways that seem miraculous at times.

Everything that has ever occurred in your life is stored somewhere in the subconscious part of your mind. It is literally an unlimited warehouse for memories and emotions. This is an extremely important aspect of the subconscious mind. You need to have instant access to this stored information so that you can find your way home, remember names and faces, how to do your job etc., it does have major disadvantages!

Not only does your subconscious mind store valuable information it also stores essential emotions. For example it stores the emotion of pain and fear connected to certain activities such as placing your hand too close to fire. When you find yourself getting too close to fire and feel the heat on your skin your subconscious mind will immediately alert you with a feeling of fear. This mechanism is designed to keep you safe and works very effectively. It also works to your advantage by replaying positive emotions connected to certain situations - think of a time when you caught a glimpse of your spouse or child, heard a piece of music or smelt some perfume or aftershave and were immediately reminded of an earlier time that evoked strong loving emotions.

Therefore, we can view your subconscious mind as acting, in its simplest role, as a recording and playback mechanism - a bit like a fully interactive video recorder. The things that occur to you in your life are recorded and then played back when you access those memories. The problem that often arises though is when incorrect or inappropriate emotional memories are accessed by the subconscious mind when you find yourself in new situations. If your subconscious mind has been "programmed" with negative emotions or a negative self-image then these are the things it will play back to you when you try something new or reach out past your comfort zone.

Where does success lie ?

We are programmed with the idea that success is outside, when it is in fact inside, inside our mind, success is not sought in the world, it is not sought at work, it is not sought in sport, it is not sought in entrepreneurship. Success is the ability, it is the gift we are born with, success is developed. Success" is a concept that has been distorted over time into an empty idea that has triggered a series of expectations and confusions in people's minds, unfortunately many have shown success as a concept related purely to money, material goods, power, etc.

The concept refers to the effect or successful consequence of an action or undertaking. Its root becomes more or less evident depending on the context in which we use this word, as it often is expressed as "to excel". Keep in mind that the notion of success is subjective and relative. Often associated with victory and the achievement of great merit, success is part of our almost daily lives and is generally not shared with many people.

Society usually establishes a relationship between success, material wealth and fame. This distorted and poor vision of reality affects many people, generating a simplified scheme of life that separates the successful from the unsuccessful. And it is precisely the latter word that, when taken as a counterpart of the former, generates even more confusion.

Success should not be understood as something one-dimensional, but as the achievement of a goal, whether small and intimate or large and with great repercussions.

The Key to Success

Success can be achieved in different areas of our life, just by having different elements or key factors.

All these factors, as well as the different elements of a lock, form a relatively complex problem whose solution lies in finding the perfect combination.

Success is then the result of a series of steps well taken, mistaken and learned from and finally the inevitable outcome of having the right mindset, attitude and projection. Your mindset basically defines that set of thoughts and their rationale. Your mind is in charge of governing your body through your brain; it is made up of tens of thousands of thoughts a day and those thoughts generate the decisions you make every day...

Precisely those decisions with which you obtain your results. Attitude is very different from mindset; one thing is what you really believe and think, and another thing is what you do about it. You can feel bad about going to a party (and that is your mindset) but if your attitude is one of conformity, you will go anyway.

Against what you consider comfortable, feasible or optimal for your tastes and desires. The ease with which you can face the road ahead and the clarity of your purpose will set how clear you are about the destination you want to reach. Honestly, people who fail have no projection. Those who become fat or financially unsuccessful did not project themselves at the necessary moment to effectively allow the flow of life to act in their benefit.

Closing

Your mindset determines your actions. Everything is in your head and achieving a strong and positive mindset translates into a radical change in your life.

The strong and positive mindset does not appear by magic. It is a process in which you must involve yourself to the maximum and, of course, be very clear about the goal you want to achieve.

What changes in your do you need to start making to have an empowering and success driven mindset ?
